We serve specialty coffee roasted locally on the island by Mistral Coffee, who’ve been roasting in Mallorca since 2017. Their focus is on quality, consistency, and bringing out the full character of each bean - all with a deep respect for the craft and origins of coffee.

Mistral sources exceptional green coffees from producers around the world and roasts them with care and precision right here in Mallorca. Their team brings years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for creating memorable coffee.

Our Blends

TRAMUNTANA - Brasil

This is our house coffee — a seasonal Brazilian coffee roasted for espresso and loved by everyone. It’s rich and smooth, with low acidity and notes of dark chocolate, praline, and hazelnut. Great as a thick espresso or a sweet, balanced filter coffee.

Sourced from Fazenda Nova Era in the mountains of Santo Antônio do Amparo, this coffee benefits from high altitude, a unique microclimate, and exceptional harvest and post-harvest practices. The farm is recognised in quality competitions and is certified by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association and Rainforest Alliance.

EL RENACER (Decaffeinated) - Colombia

El Renacer is a decaf coffee from selected producers in Colombia’s Quindio region. Smooth and easy-drinking, it has low acidity, a round body, and notes of golden apple, making it great both black and with milk.

The caffeine is gently removed using a natural sugarcane process that preserves the coffee’s sweetness and character, resulting in a clean, balanced cup that tastes remarkably close to regular coffee.
